Just graduated from NSU? Here is how to get the most out of your school alumni network in your first year.

Your first-year checklist

  1. Register with AANSU

    Create your alumni account with your NSU ID so the SHSS committee can verify you and add you to the school network.

  2. Get your digital alumni ID

    Once approved, your alumni ID card is on your dashboard. Partners use it for member offers.

  3. Find a mentor

    Browse alumni from your department who are open to mentoring, and ask for a short call about your first role or further study.

  4. Watch the job board

    Alumni share openings in the members area. Set your preferences so new jobs appear in your dashboard.

  5. Come to a school event

    Seminars, industry talks and reunions are the fastest way to meet seniors in your field.

  6. Moving abroad?

    If you are heading overseas for study or work, register with the country chapter there. Each one has its own newcomer guide.
