AANSU – 🇬🇧UK Chapter | 1st Pillar Meeting Update 🎤📢
👉 AANSU – 🇬🇧 UK Chapter is pleased to share an update on its first Pillar Members Meeting, focusing on the Events, Culture & Community Engagement Team. The meeting was held under the leadership and supervision of Sarkar Islam Shimul, President of AANSU – UK Chapter, bringing together key members of the Executive Committee responsible for their respective portfolios to discuss upcoming activities.
The meeting was attended by:

The meeting provided an opportunity for collaborative discussion, sharing ideas and strengthening coordination between the respective teams to support the upcoming activities and future initiatives of AANSU –🇬🇧 UK Chapter.
📌 The meeting focused on the following key areas and upcoming initiatives:
✅ Upcoming Football & Gaming Event
Discussion took place regarding the organisation of an exciting Football & Gaming Event to encourage participation, strengthen connections and create an enjoyable experience for AANSU members.
✅ Event Date & Coordination
The team discussed finalising a suitable date for the get-together by considering the availability of all Executive Committee members. Individual communication with members will be carried out to identify their preferred dates and ensure maximum participation.
✅ Venue Selection
The team will explore suitable venues for the upcoming event. Senior Advisors and Vice Presidents will also be consulted to gather their preferences and recommendations regarding the venue.
✅ Entertainment & Activities
Various entertainment arrangements were discussed to make the event enjoyable and engaging, including Gaming and recreational activities, refreshments for participants, gifts and other entertainment arrangements.
✅ Event Budget & Payment Arrangements
The team discussed the proposed event fee and payment arrangements. A suitable payment collection method will be explored to ensure smooth financial coordination.
✅ Upcoming Career Team Event
The Career Team is expected to organise its next event within the coming two weeks. The team will also be reminded to confirm the proposed dates for the upcoming get together program.

The team will continue working together to finalise the event date, secure a suitable venue, coordinate activities and ensure effective communication among all members.
