🎯 AANSU EVENTS & PROGRAMS COMMITTEE MOVES FORWARD WITH YEAR-LONG ENGAGEMENT PLAN
The AANSU Events & Programs Committee held an important meeting yesterday in Banani Club under the leadership of Kazi Naihanur Rashid, Joint Secretary, AANSU Central Committee & Head of Events & Programs, focusing on upcoming activities and a structured year-long engagement plan for the AANSU community.
From the AANSU Central leadership, the meeting was attended by Engr. Md. Abdul Kayum, Senior Vice President; Md. Saidur Rahman (Sohel), Secretary General; and Sehely Zaman Nightangle, Director, Global Affairs.
From the Events & Programs Committee, the meeting was attended by Akif Raihan Rahman, Director, Events & Media, AANSU Central Committee; Sabrita Mawla Safa; Farita Binte Hassan; Abdul Ahad Shoeb; Md. Shaharier Kabir; MD AQ Faisal; and Farhan Israk Shoumik.
📌 Key Decisions & Next Steps
✅ Events & Programs Committee Finalized
The 10-member Events & Programs Committee was formally declared and approved by the AANSU Central Committee, establishing a dedicated team to plan and coordinate AANSU’s upcoming events and programs.
✅ AANSU EC Retreat Finalized
The upcoming AANSU Executive Committee Retreat has been finalized for Friday, 9 October 2026, at the British Country Club & Resort. Registration will be will be open to all AANSU Executive Committee members soon.
✅ Retreat Responsibilities Assigned
Specific roles and responsibilities for organizing and executing the EC Retreat were assigned among members of the Events & Programs Committee to ensure smooth coordination and implementation.
✅ Year-Long Events Calendar
The Events & Programs Committee will soon prepare and publish a year-long calendar of AANSU events and programs, following review and approval by the AANSU Central Committee.
The meeting marks another step toward building a more structured, active and engaging calendar of activities for the AANSU community throughout the year.
